HOWARD K. STERN CHARGED IN ANNA NICOLE SMITH'S DEATH

Anna Nicole Smith's long time boyfriend, Howard K. Stern, is among three people charged with giving her drugs before her death. TMZ reports that Stern and two doctors are being charged for allegedly conspiring to fuel an an addict with prescription drugs. The Los Angeles County DA alleges the three gave her controlled substanced between July 2004 and January 2007. The men are being charged with a total of eight felonies.
Anna Nicole Smith was found unresponsive in a bedroom at the Hard Rock Hotel in Hollywood, Florida. She was rushed to the hospital where she later died.
