Lindsay Lohan is the hottest woman is the world, according to Maxim magazine. The troubled young actress tops the men's magazine's seventh annual Maxim Hot 100 list of the sexiest female celebrities. The magazine picked her since she's a lightning rod for controversy and because it's readers are obsessed with her. Actress Jessica Alba came in second. Scarlett Johansson, Christina Aguilera, Jessica Biel, Ali Larter, Eva Mendes, Rihanna, Eva Longoria and Fergie round out the top 10. All of them finished ahead of Angelina Jolie, who ranks 12th.Labels: pop culture
