HOWARD STERN'S CHRISTMAS
Thursday, December 13, 2007
Howard Stern's crew exchanged Christmas gifts this morning. Instead of buying gifts for everyone, each person on the staff bought one gift for someone else. Howard got to buy for an intern named Lori and she got hooked up big time. Howard bought the college student a Marc Jacobs handbag (worth more than $1,000) and a $1,000 gift card to Bloomingdale's. Robin bought Howard his gifts, a letter opener and a silver magnifying glass. Robin's gift wasn't so nice. A Stern staffer named Ryan was her Secret Santa. He bought her a wooden windchime, which everyone made fun of. Robin said she'll probably never use it, so she traded it to Fred, who had received a hooded sweatshirt. Like Howard, Fred also gave his present to an intern who he hooked up with $500 cash. Artie got tickets to a Yankees dinner from another staffer. While Artie gave Benji a few presents, including an i-Phone. Gary got a gift certificate to The Sharper Image from J.D.
Howard Stern will be off the next two weeks for Christmas break, but be sure to tune in this Monday for the "History of Howard Stern." This special that's been a year in the making starts from Howards beginnings in radio all the way until now.
