Friday, February 22, 2008
Dr. Drew Pinsky appeared on Good Day L.A. this morning and talked about how some of his patients on VH1's "Celebrity Rehab" are doing now. He said Brigitte Nielsen is doing very well and has even given up smoking cigarettes. Jessica Sierra has been court-ordered to stay away from TV cameras and has entered a treatment program in California. Dr. Drew says she's also doing well. It seems China still has some work to do. Dr. Drew said he hopes she will get further treatment for her bipolar disorder. "Celebrity Rehab's" toughest case, Jeff Conaway, still has a long road ahead of him. His girlfriend, Vicki, is portrayed as an enabler in the show, but Dr. Drew says we'll see that she's taking steps to get better in a future episode.
