Jerry Springer's Security Guard May Get Own Talk Show

After all these years on The Jerry Springer Show, it seems head of security Steve Wilkos may be getting his own talk show. Broadcasting and Cable reports that Wilkos is in talks with NBC Universal to host a show. Insiders say a Steve Wilkos project has long been in the works, especially since Wilkos has been hosting some episodes Springer's show in recent years. Although nothing is official yet, Wilkos could replace the low-rated Greg Behrendt show in many markets.
