VMA AWARDS RECAP

Despite all the controversy in last night's VMA, there were plenty of good moments. Britney Spears proved she is still in the game, winning all three awards she was nominated for. She even took home the coveted "Video of the Year" moonman for "Piece of Me."
Some of the performances were good. Others not so much. Paramore rocked the house with their hit, "Misery Business." Pink's performance of her new single, "So What," was nothing short of amazing. It included pyrotechnics and was sung live, unlike Christina's Aguilera's performance, which was obviously lipsynched. Kanye West's much hoopla-ed closing song was quite forgettable. No one had ever heard the song he performed. Lil Wayne, Rhianna, The Jonas Brothers, T.I., LL Cool J, The Ting Tings, Katy Perry and Kid Rock also took to the stage.
Oh, yeah. There were also some awards handed out...
