Not Lovin' It
Friday, October 27, 2006
An assistant coach for the Dallas Cowboys is suing his local McDonald's after his wife and live-in babysitter said they found a dead rat in their salad. Todd Haley says the two had already started eating the salad when they found the rodent mixed in with their greens. The rat was found lying on its back with its mouth wide open. Haley is now suing the Texas golden arches for $1.7 million dollars. The suit claims the women became violently ill and had long-lasting physical injuries. It also alleges that McDonald's did not follow through on promises to make things right.
